If you are a transfer student or if you have graduated with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and are wanting to submit an application for admission to the UW Medical Technology Program, follow these steps:
1. You must complete and submit the University of Washington Admissions application online at http://admit.washington.edu/Apply by February 15th.
2. Follow this link: https://catalyst.uw.edu/webq/survey/auyong/208265and complete the online UW Medical Technology Program application for admission. Be sure to thoroughly read and answer all questions as instructed.
2. Request two letters of recommendation: one professional and one academic to be submitted on your behalf. The letters must be from 2 different people and must be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org by each person making a recommendation. The professional recommender can be anyone that has worked with you in a supervisory capacity: i.e. a professor, college instructor, lab TA, work supervisor, volunteer supervisor, etc. The academic recommender must be from a professor, college instructor, TA, etc. Please do not ask friends, family members, fellow students, fellow volunteers or co-workers to submit a letter of recommendation for you. PLEASE be sure to have your recommenders include your first and last name in their letters, so that the letters can be linked back to your application since they will be submitted separately.
3. Submit transcripts* from all colleges you have attended. If your school(s) has/have the ability to send transcripts electronically, the transcript(s) should be sent to email@example.com. If not, please have the school(s) mail your transcript(s) to:
